Telluride 2016 Mushroom Festival ended yesterday, after a successful harvest by scores of visitors to Telluride... The folks from Team BIOTA (Blame It On The Altitude) joined the "Shroomers" that come from all over the country to hunt for their favorite Mushrooms at Altitude's  between 8,000 feet and 11,000 feet. You can see from the picture below that Team BIOTA had a great harvest of our favorite Chanterelle Mushrooms :-) We are still enjoying the 9 pounds of Chanterelles we were able to find while roaming through the woods way above Telluride. Of Course we Blame our Good Fortune on the Altitude... BIOTA FOR SURE :-)
