The 43rd Annual Telluride Film Festival took place at an Altitude of 8750' over labor Day Weekend

The 43rd Annual Telluride Film Festival took place at an Altitude of 8750' over labor Day Weekend. Believe me, invited guests such as Clint Eastwood, Tom Hanks, Richard Gere, Miles Teller, Amy Adams, etc. were "Blaming It On The Altitude" (#BIOTA) while in Telluride.

Two Special Guests of the Festival were the amazing Husband Wife production team of Frank Marshall and Kathleen Kennedy.  Our friends, Frank and Kathy brought two very special Films to Telluride this Year "Sully" Produced by Frank Marshall, Directed by Clint Eastwood, and Staring Tom Hanks.

The other special film was "Finding Oscar"... Kennedy/Marshall's first, (I am sure not their last) Documentary. "Finding Oscar" was also produced by Frank.

"Finding Oscar" is about the massacre of 250 residents (Men, Women, Children) of the village of Dos Erres, in Guatemala on Dec. 6,1982. This tragedy was carried out by elite Guatemalan Government troops.

The film's emotional linchpin lies is the fact that miraculously Oscar survived this massacre. Amazingly, after many years, it was discovered by utilizing DNA techniques, and great detective work, that Oscar's biological father also survived the massacre as well. The reunion is heart wrenching, but SOOOO COOOL :-)

Here is a clip of Q&A with Producer Frank with Survivor Oscar Alfredo Ramirez Castaneda sitting to his right. :-)
